Meet our Board of Directors

Dawn McLaughlin

Dawn McLaughlin is an IT Business Operations Manager at InComm. She is a CPA and received her BBA and MBA from the University of Iowa. Dawn has several years of accounting and financial management experience, which includes financial modeling, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Dawn joined the board in January 2018 and serves as Board Secretary & Treasurer.

Mark Graham, President & CEO Planning Advisors LLC Board Director

Mark Graham was born in Canton, Ohio. A graduate of The University of Akron in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Political Science and minors in Social Studies and History

Mark has been married to Midge for 49 Years with two sons, Mark II and Matt and his wife, Jing. The family transferred to Tampa, Florida, in 1973, to be a manager for an insurance agency. That led to a career in financial service spanning 48 years.

Mark has owned and operated financial services companies that conducted insurance, investment, and mortgage business in 38 states with a network of over 1,000 representatives. In addition to his financial service business, he leads Christian businessmen’s peer advisory groups.

Mr. Graham serves on numerous business and charitable organizations boards. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Gregory Heckroth, Chief Operations Officer, Florida Surgery Consultants Board Director

Greg was born on January 21, 1967 in Trenton NJ and resided in Philadelphia for 18 years. He began his college studies at The University of Pennsylvania State Ogontz then relocated to California to where he received a B.A. at Sacramento State. He married his beautiful wife Sandra Jean Heckroth R.N. 20 years ago and they have 4 wonderful children and have been recently blessed with the arrival of a beautiful grandson. Sandra is a Licensed R.N. with 23 years of medical experience and the director of Nursing at Florida Surgery Consultants.

Greg is owner and Chief Operations Officer for Florida Surgery Consultants as well as a respected industry leader whose experience and visionary outlook is admired by colleagues throughout Florida. His strategic and proactive approach in finding solutions to suit the needs of the health care community is what has allowed each of the companies he has worked for or owned thrive over the past 30 years.

In his free time Greg enjoys spending time with his family, visiting with family, coaching baseball, and volleyball, playing softball for his church team, participating in a Christian Business Faith Ministry and Bible men’s group, Board member of Trinity Security Allies group and playing guitar.

Wayne Sebring was raised in the Washington D.C. area and is a former Army Ranger SGT A CO, HHC/75th RGR BN 90-94 Ft. Benning, Georgia.

Wayne is currently the Customer Financial Serives at Mercedes- Benz of Wesley Chapel. Wayne is happily married to his wife Stacy and has two beautiful daughters, Brooklyn and Skylar along with a step son Brandon Niski, who is currently serving in the US Army as a Military Police Officer stationed in Korea.

Wayne is a member of Generations Christian Church in Trinity, Florida and understands the needs of church safety teams.

Born of Ralph and Inez Atherton 11/18/1939 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Attended Coe College and was in the class of 1962. In 1964 Paul began his insurance sales career with Farm Bureau Ins. In 1983 transitioned to independent agency marketing with several agencies. In 1989 became an associate producer with the Sheets Forrest Draper Agency until retirement on December 31, 2014. On January 1, 2015 Paul joined Barrett Harding Agency in Florida to continue his career and rebuild a business. The anchor for moving to Florida evolves around our son Michael and his family who live in Keystone (Odessa).

Paul married Susan (Reece) Atherton on September 28, 1968 at St Paul’s United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Their sons are Timothy and Michael.

The family activities revolved around Paul’s insurance career with world traveling and their family lake cabin. Lake life living along with boating and waterskiing were their interests, pleasures and activities. They are avid Dachshund lovers who have been their ‘children with fur’.

Together in 1974 Paul and Susan became followers of Jesus Christ thru the Catholic charismatic community. Joined the CR Assembly of God church and served as elders on the pastoral ministry team for many years. Currently they are attending Generations Christian Church in Trinity Florida and are respectively active in the men’s and women’s weekly study groups and a bi-monthly Grow group.
