Once you decide to put a Security Team into place

Now that you have a plan in place to put together a security team,  the next step is to add your policies and procedures. In today's world, it is not a matter of "if" a situation is going to happen at your church, it is a matter of when.  Disruptive attendees, domestic issues, property crimes and the worst case scenario, an active shooter are the realities that churches and other faith based ministries are facing.  You need to have plan,  in writing so everyone is aware of how to handle any situation that arises.
